If your operation is comprised of multiple locations, you may at some time find the need to change which employees are authorized (or unauthorized) to work at a particular location. While the authorized locations for a single employee can be changed via the “Employee Property Page”, if you need to change authorized locations for a batch of employees, there is a quicker method.<\/p>\n
You can open the “Location Property Page” by double-clicking on a location under the “Locations List” (click on the “Manage” tab and then the “Locations” ribbon button). From the “Location Property Page” you can authorize or de-authorize a group of employees by selecting the “Authorized Employees” tab.<\/p>\n
