{"id":872,"date":"2013-02-12T16:19:53","date_gmt":"2013-02-12T16:19:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/snapschedul.web801.discountasp.net\/employee-scheduling-blog\/?p=872"},"modified":"2013-09-25T19:15:15","modified_gmt":"2013-09-25T19:15:15","slug":"ssp-employee-remote-access-video","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bmscentral.com\/learn-employee-scheduling\/ssp-employee-remote-access-video\/","title":{"rendered":"Snap Schedule Premium &#8211; Employee Remote Access"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With Employee Remote Access, you can connect to Snap Schedule Premium employee scheduling software \u00a0from any web browser, to access your work schedule, update your availability, and more.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/7WK4QVawNGE\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Just go to SnapSchedule.com, and log in.<\/p>\n<p>You can click \u201cSchedule\u201d to see all your shifts for the month.\u00a0 Use the buttons at the top to look ahead to next month, or back at last month.\u00a0 Or click on a shift, to see exactly when you should report, which Location\u00a0 to go to, and any specific Tasks you\u2019ve been assigned.<\/p>\n<p>You can also request some time off.\u00a0 Just adjust the month, day, and year, and then Set the date.\u00a0 Enter a start date and an end date, to request several days in a row.\u00a0 Or, uncheck \u201cAll Day,\u201d and just request a few hours.\u00a0 Next, select the Reason for your request, like a paid vacation, a family emergency, or comp time.\u00a0 If you like, you can even enter a comment to explain.\u00a0 When you\u2019re done, just Submit your request.<\/p>\n<p>If your company has activated Shift Bidding, you can compete for the choice assignments.<\/p>\n<p>When you\u2019re ready to start your shift, you can Punch In, from your desk or from the road.<\/p>\n<p>Browse your Employee Directory.\u00a0 Just start typing a name to filter the list\u2014and then, choose an employee to see their email address, phone number, picture, and more.<\/p>\n<p>Review your usual Weekly Availability, and make any changes.\u00a0 On Tuesdays, for instance, are you usually Available, or Not Available?\u00a0 You can also choose \u201cavailable\u201d and uncheck \u201cAll Day,\u201d and then enter the specific times when you can work.\u00a0 You can even click \u201cMore\u201d and add additional timeframes.\u00a0 Perhaps you can work, but not between 2 and 4pm.\u00a0 When you\u2019re done, click Submit.<\/p>\n<p>You can even review your Time Card.\u00a0 See your Planned Work Hours for the week: your assigned shifts, start and end times, daily hours, and total hours for the week.\u00a0 Look ahead to next week, or back at last week.\u00a0 Or, choose your Recorded Work Hours, to see exactly when you punched in and out each day, and how many hours you\u2019ve actually worked.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, you can go to the Settings tab, to change your password, update your contact information, and get help.\u00a0 If you\u2019re using a tablet, you can even switch from desktop layout, to mobile layout, and back.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks for watching.\u00a0 To learn more, please visit our website at <a title=\"Snap Schedule employee scheduling software website\" href=\"http:\/\/www.BMScentral.com\">www.BMScentral.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With Employee Remote Access, you can connect to Snap Schedule Premium employee scheduling software \u00a0from any web browser, to access your work schedule, update your availability, and more.
